The staff was very friendly and service oriented. The beds were comfortable and appreciated the lift to get our bags to our room. The location was great access for all directions of our touring the city. Also, very close to the train station.

Convenience between station & old town.
Room was small. In the evening 7pm, foyer is locked & closed, so nowhere to sit & relax. Access via side door.

Nothing.

Good location.
Reception shut at 7-30, no staff after 7-30.
Day 2 our tea/ coffee was not replenished and we were left with only one cup.
The bathroom was really small and uncomfortable.
