The food was the best I have ever had at any hotel! It was delicious, varied, and there was always something wonderful to enjoy.
The staff were incredibly caring, friendly, and attentive, especially Giannis, who brought us delicious treats and made every day even more special.
A special thank you to the entertainment team — Regina, Emily, Nora, and Lilla! We had such a great time doing yoga, exercising, and playing games together. You made our holiday even more fun and memorable!
The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the location was excellent, and the beach and promenade were absolutely wonderful.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our holiday so special! ❤️

The hotel os very beautiful and the location is great. The best thing about it is the great staff that was caring and kind. Special thanks to Bibo that took care of us constantly and made us feel at home. Also thanks to Mikhaella from the house keeping who was so kind and warm, and cleaned our room with love. Also thanks to Ahmad and Yannis who were also friendly and kind and helpful.
The main problem was the fire ants that were everywhere in our room and also at the pool area. I got bitten multiple times, they got into my clothes and in the bed and that was terrible, I woke up in the middle of the night from an ant bite it was so painful. We let the reception know about the problem on our first day but they didn’t really do anything about it, only when we told Bibo he took care of it and the lovely Mikhaella cleaned our room thoroughly but they came back since the problem is more serious. I hope they will take the necessary steps to take care of that problem since it really ruined our stay.
Also in one of the nights there was a huge storm and our room got flooded, the water entered from the gap beneath the door so maybe fix that too.
Other issues we had was taken care of immediately by the great staff.

We arrived at the hotel as a family of six, including a baby girl.
The service was excellent, the location was wonderful, the hotel was clean, and the staff was lovely. There were a variety of activities and a pleasant beach.
The staff were helpful, friendly, and amazing, especially Yannis and Bibo.

We only needed a hole room for a night hence our requirements were met, clean room, good space, comfy beds and loved the welcome pack !
Woke up and went out at 8am for breakfast, ALL sunbeds already taken .... ended up having to walk down to the sea front and use beds there.
Felt rather dated, entrances and doors did not portray a nice hotel.
Price for one night was extremely high for what it was,
$$$$
