Rooms were very clean & comfortable. Staff very friendly.
Some changes needed at meal times.. temperature of hot food.

We loved the sea view from our room, the excellent location, and the friendly, helpful staff. Shops, restaurants, and beaches were all within walking distance.
The tap water was salty, which made showering and brushing our teeth uncomfortable. We had to buy drinking water, but the nearby shops made this easy.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, whether at reception, by the pool, or at the bars. We also loved the massage chairs and all the facilities. We recommend staying for at least five days to fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer.
Unfortunately, our room had a very strong smell of sewage. It faced the entertainment area, where the noise was very loud, and the sound insulation was poor. The tap water was also salty, which made showering and brushing our teeth uncomfortable.

Good location, local shops just around the corner and close to lots of beaches. Plenty of pools at the resort, O think I counted four
The room could do with an update, but I suppose that's reflected in the price. The mattress was very soft, so I didn't sleep well during my stay.
The food wasn't great at the buffet, but generally what you'd expect at a lower budget all inclusive hotel
