We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kalk! The location was great, and the breakfast was outstanding. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean. Staff was super helpful with ideas for drives, sightseeing, local restaurants, and even where to get a last-minute massage!
Our room was a little on the small side but it was still comfortable! Maybe that's the trade-off for the nice view :)

Great breakfast buffet in a pleasant room. No view from the dining room but that didn’t bother us. We had a view from our room over the street below us and out toward the waterfront and access to a very small outdoor terrace which was very pleasant in the early evening. The location of the hotel, right inside the city wall, keeps you out of the tourist crowds in other parts of town.
The front desk could have been more consistently staffed.

Well appointed room and the best bathroom we’ve had so far in Sweden. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Visby.
