Amazing location right on a gorgeous beach
Bar service was a little slow.
Pool bar in particular, they just need to add a few more staff.

The animation, outdoor staff is wonderful.
The food was horrible. The bathrooms in the main lobby are always dirty. The floor in the main dining area is a serious hazard. I’ve stayed twice at this hotel and on both occasions witnessed someone fall. I’m a person who believes in second chances but this was a mistake. Some, not all staff, are very rude.
