Nasty owner
We needed an extra sheet because there was only one for my sister and I; since there is NO reception or any one to ask, we had to write the owner; btw he doesn’t answer his phone and forbids you to leave voicemail; reluctantly he said he would only deliver the sheet if I answer LITERALLY “yes, I have 4€ in cash”. I was very frustrated by his poor and cheap attitude so I had to call Booking.com to document his behavior; In the years I have been a member I NEVER had to do this! Also, when he writes, he uses CAPITALS for some words as if RAISING his voice, so he talks down to you in his limited English; he showed up with and attitude and my sister who is a senior citizen was appalled by his behavior; I would never return to this place, there are so many other options in Venice. Peace
