An enjoyable stay here once we gained access

Great location in the centre of Hondarribea

Access to the property was supposed to be via mobile phone. We tried and tried but the door would not unlock this way. I messaged the host asking for help. We waited and eventually found a phone number for the host, whom we rang for help. He told us to use the key safe box instead as the phone application wasn’t working. We then gained access to the property but it had taken some time to do this. I received a reply to my original text at 4 am the following morning repeating the mobile phone instructions I should follow. Very frustrating. Also the stair access to the first floor was very narrow and twisting .
