Staff were polite and honest, my sister lost her bag with money inside they gave it back to her without taking any money.

Quite central. Because I just needed a room to stay until my late night flight, the level of comfort was fine.
The bathroom was in a bad shape. The shower faucet was very rusty.
I booked this room to rest before my night flight, which I mentioned when checking in, but ended up not resting much because they decided they had to fix the bedroom’s AC while I was trying to sleep in my bedroom.
I was asked for money to eat from a staff member.
