A lovely apartment, that’s quiet and in a safe, very central area. Great access to shopping and tourism. El Corte Ingles around the corner- quality Iberian Peninsula store. Genteel are courteous and kind people who work hard and deliver really organised services.

The location of the place is comfortable as it is a very easy walk from Las Setas at the Plaza de San Andres. The place had some shampoo and other amenties (microwave, hairdryer, kitchen stuff, complementary water and coffee). The sofa and the bed are comfortable to sleep on and it is relatively quiet (even though the building and the entrance door to the apartment are not very noise cancelling). The AC seems to be working well and both rooms have it (we did not need it).
We had some issues with the place from the very beginning. They would want to know exactly the time of our arrival, because the place does not have the self check-in service, someone physically needs to come and give you the key. Despite informing the property of our arrival time, we had to wait for almost an hour outside while "someone was on the way in less than 5 minutes". I had to contact international booking support until someone actually came. The sofa bed was not prepared even though I requested it (good there were sheets to prep it ourselves). The Wi-Fi did not work at all so had to use my personal hotspot which was not ideal as it is an additional cost. The property gifted us some orange wine and olives, but overall stress (I was travelling with my mum who is 70) was not worth it, especially with the rate asked for this apartment (there are cheaper options available or better with this price). In addition many things in the apartment are outdated (the entrance door, some furniture, rugs etc.). I asked for a refund and got 10% of the price for two nights, though would never stay here again.
