Decor, layout of apartment was lovely
Central location very convenient
Interior noise at night and early mornings
Central courtyard funneled and amplified noise from other residents throughout the building
Even small noises like footsteps, talking sneezing and dropped cutlery were amplified enormously
Also demolishion of interior of neighbouring house started at 8am .. no chance of sleeping late.
Soundproofing inside the house was very poor.. funnily we did not suffer exterior noise from the lively location... just very poor interior soundproofing.

The apartment was comfortable and was nicely decorated. The staff were helpful. We found a lot of restaurants in the area.
Not a lot of room to access your luggage. Very had in second room. The shower leaked onto the flower.

Amazing location, comfy spacious & clean apartment. Easy access and great air con
Bathroom needs a bit of TLC as shower door doesn’t shut properly and causing water damage to wall & skirting board

Great location and had lots of great original features.
Maintenance of the property was poor and showed a lot of use. Exposed electrical cable, wobbly tap, badly marked walls, stained upholstery, blind broken, light not connected to ceiling properly....etc
More disappointing was the owners attitude and response to my points, which we all supported by photographs.
