Great location, love the design and the sweets bar at the reception free of charge, great atmosphere and very close to the metro station.
At the check in the staff seemed tired, no smile and very uninterested to welcome. Seemed like they were there as robots and yes, they were doing their jobs but that’s it! It felt not very welcoming which I think they can benefit from learning some smiles for few seconds before they go back to being tired at the back of the reception. The sweets bar was far more friendly than the human interaction at the reception which kinda understandable as they were almost compensating for the lack of friendliness they seem to be aware of! Pity because the hotel is amazing.

We had a wonderful two-night stay. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with an excellent shower. Breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

It was very convenient for us as we had relatives nearby. The hotel rooms were large and well equipped. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were super helpful!
It was half an hour from the centre of Munich but the bus goes from opposite the hotel every 10 minutes
