The location was unbeatable. And the property was beyond worth the value.
It wasn’t ideal that there was no air-conditioning. However, the house was built before air conditioning and stayed surprisingly cool even though the temperature went up to 95°F outside. We also happen to visit during an extreme heat wave so it’s not the normal conditions.

Great communication with owner. Spacious and clean. Very well equipped and fabulous location
If there was a wash handbasin in the downstairs toilet.
