Terrible

location and swimming pool

Unfortunately i find my self having to write this bad review for this villa after our eventful weekend. We have booked a villa of ....a night ( for two night )expecting for that price to have a relaxing little holiday , in the beautiful villa as the web site said . Our weekend though was anything but relaxing as: Only one shower was working so all of us had to share ( the other one was broken in the master bedroom) The shower that was working was soooo old day that it was only dripping water. The two air conditions had a problem so one bedroom flooded both night and the second made the bed soaking wet so we could not sleep there. Both nights we could not sleep of course because of the heat and the mosquitoes. The window doors had a problem and were not shutting probably and the technician had to come and hummer it down The washing machine blew up while only rinsing the towels and brought the whole house electric down . As a result we were scared to go back to the kitchen and the children were really frightened. The technicians came and left saying everything was fine which was anything but The technicians had a go at me for contacting Ezoria 3 times asking where they were even though the came 150 m late. A lot went wrong and unfortunately the company thought that offering us a 10 per cent discount if we go again justified the situation! I found it very disrespectful and truly would not recommend it to anyone .

Peaceful, relaxing and felt like home from home.

The location and facilities were fantastic. The villa had all the amenities one could ask for.

A number of light bulbs were not working. Also part of the juicer in the kitchen was missing.
