Food is excellent, many many choices, very tasty, absolutely nothing to complain. Room is medium to large, view to the Black Sea is splendid, SPA access and facilities are very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is my 5th time when I stay in this hotel and I will repeat the experience. Congratulations !

This was our seventh stay at Royal Grand Hotel and Spa, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The hotel has become a special place for our family, and we always return with great pleasure. The staff are welcoming and attentive, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything is very well organized. We felt comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for another memorable holiday. We will definitely come back!

Very tasty food.
We got a bigger room than we booked- very nice!
The receptionist was dismissive, although the rest of the staff was very nice and friendly.
The cleaning team didn't replenish the shampoos and shower gels.
The pool was super small
