Exceptional

Second time visiting the villa in the last year and we absolutely love it! Modern, clean, and beautiful pool! Also fantastic location for the beach and coral bay strip.

Chairs outside by the table are a little cheap but apart from that we can’t complain!

A fantastic place for a family holiday

Communication was great. Sent the codes and they were as stated. Had follow up messages and a courtesy visit from the host. Villa was great especially the pool. It wasn't overlooked by neighbours. Walking distance to Coral bay restaurants etc.

Absolutely nothing

Exceptional villa

An exceptional villa in a quiet part of Coral Bay. Clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. Easy arrival into the villa. Around a 15 min walk to Coral Bay Ave,the beach and the bus stop to Paphos.

We found no fault, but some might struggle with the walk to and from the restaurants and supermarket.

A villa for the whole family

This is truly a fantastic Villa. It has absolutely everything you need for a great family holiday. TV is the best I've ever had on holiday, all the sports channels, Netflix for the kids, and I even got GB NEWS - great. Loads of storage space which is always a bonus when travelling with three ladies. I have to give high praise to Michelle and her maintenance team, because I was the first to hire the villa the TV did not work on arrival and the washing machine door was broken. Not a problem for Michelle and her boys. On call and the boys arrived, sorted out the TV and replaced the washing machine. When you hire a villa you need to be sure the team looking after you are pro-active and will sort out any problems quickly, Michelle is the girl and her lads get it sorted - fantastic. Outside space is really cool, great pool and the location is really quiet with views of the ocean so just perfect. The only advise I would give (which is not the fault of the villa team) is walking back late at night from the main shops/bars. The roads are in an awful condition and no street lighting. You will need a torch and ladies you must wear "flats". The you Michelle and the lads for all you support.

Just the walk back to villa (15-20 mins) roads/walkways dangerous - broken/damaged no street lighting.

The pool.

Only a thin sheet on afew of the beds. We had to buy a clothes horse and pegs and a corkscrew for the bottle of wine.
