Nice traditional Japanese inn.

Old and traditional. Attentive staff. Nice onsen baths. Kiritanpo (local speciality) was lovely.

A little more sashimi with the meal would have been nice.

Not up to today's Japanese standards

not much

staff was confused and not able to understand and communicate (in Japanese). Check in was late from 15:00. Dinner was finishing early (by 19:30). No option to pay extra for the guest joining the dinner.
