Cozy, clean, 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with a bohemian vibe featuring artwork and eclectic decor throughout the home. Berea College, Boone Tavern, galleries, shops and dining options nearby. The two bedrooms on the first level have comfortable queen size beds and a full bath with shower. The upstairs space is open with 2 full size beds divided by wall partitions. There is a bathroom with a small tub on the upper level. A deck out back. Basic TV stations and high-speed internet.

Delightful little cottage, filled with the artist’s paintings! It was like staying in an art gallery! Very clean, very comfortable and very close to shops, restaurants and the college. The upstairs is perfect for older kids/teens…they will love it! Also a great value when compared to hotels offering way less! Host quickly responded to questions. Highly recommend!

The Forest Street cottage is so lovely. Very close to all the art and craft shops as well as the college. Check in/out was super easy and Amy was quick to reply to any of my questions. I didn't realize that she's one of the local artists! The place was surprisingly roomy and very comfortable, with beautiful, colorful decor. The upstairs loft area was adorable!! My husband and I were here for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

House was beautifull, (especially enjoyed the paintings, which were as intriguing as they were stunningly beautiful!) well kept, beds were extra comfortable (as was the couch). Could not have asked for better accommodations! Excellent value for the money!
