The location
The property was neither a hotel (with a full time staff) nor an airbnb (with basic utensils or even paper napkins)

Location was good
We asked from them to pick us up from the airport .They did not pick us up and we had to find another taxi to transport us to the property.Even though breakfast was included they did not offer us breakfast.
