Great location for train station and metro, and Museo Reina Sofia, as well as local coffee and bakery for breakfast. Mostly a 10-15 mins pleasant walk to other places of interest.
Washing machine came in handy. Well kitted out kitchen. Airconditioner worked well and was quiet.
Neighbourhood is quiet at night, bed was comfy.
The booking (check in, rules, user manuals, contract etc) is managed through a 3rd party website. it is comprehensive and useful but required a fair bit of reading, and added another layer of unavoidable admin as it's a contactless property.

perfect location near Atocha railway station and rental car agencies. Quiet street, easy access, our room had a patio.
We arrived early and a very nice housekeeper called the manager who allowed us early access to the room. Museums are nearby and the walk to Plaza Mayor is less than 20 minutes. Kitchen is well equiped so if you want to do a little cooking this is a great place. Nespresso coffee machine is great (you might want to but a few extra if you are a big coffee drinker).
The walk from the railway station is uphill so if you have large suitcases be prepared.

The location and the proximity to Atocha Train Station. Was very clean, and well presented. Near to lots of lovely places to eat and enjoy a safe atmosphere. Thank you.

The property is quite elegant, comfortable enough and offers several appliances that make your stay simpler and easier.
The property was poorly cleaned. There were fingerprints on the doors and tables.
Security was also very limited. We were on the ground floor, and the street-side window had large gaps between the bars, which were easily accessible. And that's almost what happened. One night, around 4:30 a.m., a man tried to break into the house. He broke the blinds, and only managed to escape because the person in the room opened the curtains, causing him to flee. We called the emergency number provided by the property, but they did nothing to help us in our moment of fear. We couldn't even contact the police.

"Phenomenal location very close to the metro. Two minute walk to the best coffee in Madrid (Dabov)"
