Für die Ausstattung des Hauses kein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Das Haus liegt sehr schön mitten in der Landschaft. Es ist ruhig und man hat einen sehr schönen Blick über die Gegend. Es handelt sich um um ein typisches altes Bauernhaus.

Bei unserer Ankunft war der Pool deutlich getrübt und grünlich verfärbt. Besonders ärgerlich war für uns, dass dieser Zustand zunächst mit der Hitze erklärt und als unproblematisch dargestellt wurde, anstatt den Pool von Anfang an ordnungsgemäß aufzubereiten. Unabhängig davon, ob eine gesundheitliche Gefährdung bestand, war der Pool in diesem Zustand für uns nicht akzeptabel. Auch das Mobiliar machte einen stark abgenutzten Eindruck. Mehrere Stühle bzw. Gartenmöbel waren so instabil, dass Gäste während der Benutzung durchgebrochen sind. Dies stellt aus unserer Sicht auch ein Sicherheitsrisiko dar. Die Beschreibung der Zimmer und der Raumaufteilung auf Booking.com empfinden wir als irreführend. 2 Zimmer sind tatsächlich Durchgangszimmer. Um beispielsweise die Toilette oder den Aufenthaltsraum zu erreichen, müssen andere Zimmer durchquert werden. Diese besondere und für die Privatsphäre wesentliche Raumaufteilung war für uns aus der Beschreibung bei der Buchung nicht übersichtlich beschrieben und für 4 Paare und eine Einzelperson eher ungeeignet. Bei Kenntnis dieser tatsächlichen Raumaufteilung hätten wir die Unterkunft in dieser Form nicht gebucht. Für eine Unterkunft, die für neun Personen angeboten wird, war zudem nicht ausreichend Geschirr bzw. waren nicht genügend Gläser vorhanden. Während eines schweren Sturms lösten sich offenbar Dachziegel, woraufhin an mehreren Stellen Wasser in das Haus eindrang. Das anschließende W-Lan Problem wurde nicht behoben. Mehrere Personen unserer Gruppe hatten während bzw. gegen Ende des Aufenthalts zahlreiche auffällige Stiche, teilweise paarweise oder in Gruppen. Aufgrund des Stichbildes besteht für uns der Verdacht auf Flöhe oder Bettwanzen. Wir können die Ursache nicht abschließend beurteilen, möchten dies jedoch ausdrücklich erwähnen, damit die Unterkunft dies überprüfen und gegebenenfalls entsprechende Maßnahmen ergreifen kann. Insgesamt entstand bei uns leider der Eindruck, dass man sich um das Haus nicht besonders kümmert.

Venkovský dům s charakterem

Byli jsme 3 rodiny s většími dětmi a byli jsme nadšeni. Dum je krásný, starý, s charakterem, na samotě na kopci s výhledem. Vybavení starší, ale zcela dostačující. Bazén v létě velmi oceníte. Filippo je velmi ochotný a v případě potřeby hned vše zařídí.

Doporučujeme zamluvit celý objekt (dva velké apartmány), sdílet zahradu a bazén by asi nebylo příjemné.

Teleurstellend. We zijn dan ook een dag vroeger vertrokken.

Verouderde inboedel - kasten roken muf - Keuken had minimum : weinig borden, tassen enz. geen deftige koffiezetmachine Er was steeds een onaangename geur in beide badkamers en dit was ook de ruiken in de nabijgelegen slaapkamers, ook in de nacht. Buiten had het zwembad ook zijn beste tijd gehad - geen diepte om deftig te zwemmen en de plankenvloer bij het zwembad was deels omhooggekomen (ook wespennest erbij) Speeltuigen voor de kinderen in de tuin hebben we ook niet gezien. Stond wel vermeld.

Byli jsme 3 rodiny s většími dětmi a byli jsme nadšeni. Dum je krásný, starý, s charakterem, na samotě na kopci s výhledem. Vybavení starší, ale zcela dostačující. Bazén v létě velmi oceníte. Filippo je velmi ochotný a v případě potřeby hned vše zařídí.
