Loved loved the location. Great view of the canal. It was loud at times with boat traffic but was expected and wouldn’t change for the view. Staff responsive when messaged.
Needed clearer instructions on what is provided in the stay prior to booking. No amenities provided. This was hard as we were traveling from overseas so needed to buy everything we needed. Washing machine was on the ground floor so was awkward when washing clothes. Stairs and walkways needed some cleaning. Lock on main bathroom did not work.

Location was amazing close to the entrance so you didn’t have to drag your bags through the city overlooking the water unit was clean and tidy

Clean and comfortable
Manager don’t allow to check in or drop luggage earlier and also late check out for just 1 hour even we rent for 2 night . The cleaner already waiting at door to chase us out.

The location is perfect and it is a big apartment.
The apartment is managed by an external company, they were not very responsive. The place is in the second floor with narrow stairs and the elevator was not working 3 times. Also, even when there is no tax for visitors, they requested to do so through its internal platform and conditioned the access code until the payment was completed. They never responded my queries, specially the early check in and information for the transport to the airport. You have to clean the apartment, including dishes and trash according with their policy.
