I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Special thanks to Olga, who welcomed me during check-in and made such a great first impression. The hotel also has an excellent central location, making it easy to explore the area and reach everything I needed. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable experience!

Messaging with the host was easy, and we were delighted with the little treat left in the room. It was in a convienient area and the apartment was very modern.

The location of Central City Hotel is amazing for exploring Chania – it is 2 min away from the main street. The breakfast on the terrace is very tasty with a beautiful view of the city and the ocean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have everything you need, the interior is modern and clean, the beds very comfortable. During the night it's nice and quiet. Altogether, the stay was very pleasant.
I highly recommend it!
The only annoying thing is that when you shower, the glass doesn't protect well, so you have to be very careful for the water not to go on the bathroom floor.
