Such a gem!
Villa Elisabetta is a beautiful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, the beds are super comfy, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped. There are plenty of parking spaces around the apartment, a small supermarket just a minute’s walk away, and the town centre, with restaurants and shops, is only about a 10-minute walk.
The true gem of our stay was Mario, Elisabetta’s father, who made us feel so welcome and made our stay even more enjoyable. We really loved talking to him and hope to see you again very soon!

The host Mario and his family made our stay in Sardinia (Pula) extra special. Stay here!
Everything, really.
The host Mario is an exceptionally welcoming, friendly, kind older gentleman who easily overcame a language barrier with Google Translate and a kind smile.
The apartment had everything you'd want - good-size refrigerator, warm / good pressure shower, separate rooms for family stays (or couples with someone who snores, LOL), and when it's hot, a generous Air Conditioning system that was huge in making our stay enjoyable... hot days enjoying the beach, hiking, biking, etc. can be offset by a cool refuge at "home," which is what this place comes to feel like on longer stays.
There is a charming and plant-adorned balcony with a garden below near the entry gate, and there is a food shop just around the corner with generous opening hours (basically 9am to 9pm), and a top fish restaurant (Da Giancarlo's) is near to that shop. Pula is close enough by bus (the ARST) to the capital Cagliari, or to the beaches at Chia to use that if you don't want to rent a car, and is a charming small town with a really nice old town square off its main pedestrian street Viale Nora.
The ARST bus to Cagliari (or Chia in the other direction) is on Viale Nora near the town cemetary, by the way.
I would recommend visitors pre-book airport transfers in advance if you have to fly out early from Cagliari aiport some 20+ kilometers away.. but having said that, our host Mario even offered to drive us to the airport on our depature day! The guy is just super cool.
Very little.
To be honest, it's hard to find something to dislike about staying here.
The heat? Well, it's early-September, and Sardinia (Sardegna in Italian) is southern Europe, so, yeah, to be expected. The barking small dogs on the balcony of the apartment across the street? Ha ha.... small barking dogs and stray cats can be found around Pula, so that's hardly a negative for staying here.
The nearby ARST bus mostly solved the transport problem - many people rent cars but we didn't feel like doing so, not knowing parking restirctions and the like - of how to get around an island wihout much public transport infrastructure.
