The location of the hostel is great - it's directly in the old town (as the name states) and you can reach the most popular sights with the frequent bus lines. I thought the hostel was very clean and staff was really friendly&helpful. Also felt safe walking there as a female solo traveller in the dark.
The mattress was worn out, but overall I would say that everything else was perfect.

Location. Best location to stay if your plan is to visit the old town areas. The room and beddings are clean. Front desk staff were commendable and accommodating. They helped us with our large luggage, as there are a few steps to climb before reaching the lift, and one staff member help carried our luggage down from the third floor as the lift broke down on checkout day.
Only one towel for each guest.
No bath mat was provided. Shampoo dispenser not working. The noise from the bar downstairs and neighboring rooms can be disturbing, especially for light sleepers. The reception area also serves as the bar counter, so the smell of smoke was quite noticeable when entering the property.
