Wonderful retreat location, gardens, spaces, areas, all is the right thing in the right place.
Although everything is in the right place, it is not all attended. Seems some lack of staff or the lack of management oversight could be the reason for this apparent lack of operational excellence. For example, bar restaurant close to pool (both near the tennis court, and in the new building) closed and no info if is possible to order anything, also, main restaurant has a huge potential and simply lacks the drive or energy to make it as great as it can be.

Vše bylo skvělé, personál perfektní, masáže zajištěny dle našich potřeb a časových možností.

Krásně zrekonstruované prostory, milý personál, vyžití (tenis, stolní tenis, basketbal, sauna, bazén), nádherná a udržovaná zahrada.
