The receptioninst was extremely helpful to accomodate our 13 year old son on a spare bed they put as extra into our room.
The hotel is roughly 10-15 mins walk from Town hall square, so lacated in a quite central place. It has a private parking area and it's calm enough for family holidays too.
The breakfast was decent with a great selection of food and also plant-based milks were available.
The extra bed was originally uncomfortable, but the staff hepled us quickly solving this issue by adding an extra mattress on top.

The room has a good size and kitchenette. The location of the hotel is very convenient for tourists travelling by train or bus in very short distance to both stations. And breakfast was delicious as well.
It seems like somebody smoked at the room or nearby the window as there was no balcony.

Breakfast was really good and kids loved crepes.
The hand basin and the shower drain were not draining.

The room was not clean, the carpet was worn out and stained, the toilet seat was not cleaned properly, the towels were torn and old.
