The highlight of this place is the location which is outstanding. So close to spanish steps and walkable to most things. The space itself is also quite large and you have a lot of room. It was a good apartment but was a lot more like an airbnb than a hotel.
We thought the shower was pretty gross. Dirty and/or moldy. It is a punch code for the room and not a key and there is no way to lock the door to prevent someone from coming in when you’re in the room. When we checked in the person mistakenly gave us the code of another apartment and brought us up to walk in and then after they opened the door immediately backed back out again I think because people were staying there and gave us the code to the new room. While it was an honest mistake the fact that we had no way to prevent anyone else that could have the code from coming into our room while we were sleeping was uncomfortable. They also charge a fee for checking in past 7:00 pm which is stated in their listing. We checked in at 8:30 so had to pay 30 euros plus 36 euros for tax and they refused to accept payment via credit card. We had to go and withdraw cash in order to pay the 66 euros which was annoying.

Lovely spacious property in great location. Clean and comfortable stay. Air conditioning during the hot weather was most welcome.
Air con was quite loud when used overnight.

Incredible property 10/10. Clean, comfortable, has everything you need. Small washer/dryer combo, steaming TV, refrigerator, dish soap, everything to make the stay with messy kids comfortable. I can’t think of anything missing and the location is STELLAR. All the sites were 10-15 minutes away, cute little streets. It was so easy to get around. Would stay here again and recommend to everyone!

Location
The property needs to be refurbished. The walls need a coat of paint. Furniture needs to be replaced. Doors of multiple cabinets need to be fixed. The fabric of the living room couch is completely worn out . The electric kettle is rusty. There were no basic cleaning supplies like a sponge , cloth napkins in the kitchen.
