No Assistance when here, thanks Planet Costa Dorado

Location

Have to actually go to Planet Costa Dorado offices to collect Keys, YOU ARE NOT MET AT APARTMENT, VILLAGE NEXT TO PINEDA(10 MINUTES IN TAXI) Numerous issues in apartment, no assistance at all from Planet Costa Dorado despite numerous requests. Actually quite offensive responses Screenshot attached. No Internet at all during stay, Apartment very worn and tired Locks to external doors and windows broken(not working) Large holes in bedsheets External areas in need of updating, photos show the opposite hotels facilities also. NEVER HAD SUCH A POORLEVEL OF SERVICE FROM AN APARTMENT ON BOOKING.COM AVOID PLANET COSTA DORADA

Lovely apartment with all you need in an ideal location

Location was excellent. Beds very comfortable.

The only thing I think would make it better would be air conditioning in the bedrooms otherwise we didn’t dislike anything.

5 / 10

Not so good.

The yard was good. Pool are was good for kids.

There is minigolf and table tennis but no equipments for those. And both were in very bad condition. Minigolf courses were concrete courses and wasn't good. Baby bed smelled bad. Beds and pillows weren't good. There were kitchen but for example no place or equipment for drying dishes. This was more like a place to stay, and bring everything with you. Not easy if you can't bring too much material with you.

La résidence était propre et calme. Tout à proximité. Mer commerce.
