Last minute booking, after I had to stay overnight in Belgrade because KLM lost my hand luggage (had to give it to hold cargo cause the flight was full, ha, ha, do not fall into that trap ever again!!)
The hotel is next to a building pit because there are a lot of works going on in Belgrade, roads, railways. It will be a very good location, once all the works are finished.
In the meantime, the taxis from the airport will be able to find the hotel via back streets and you can walk to the nearby "China Town" where there is also a (Serbian) restaurant, good food, lovely staff.
Hotel receptionist was also lovely, professional. The breakfast buffet looked great, helas I had to go back to the airport to retrieve my ("delayed") luggage.

The family room was big, allowing us to rearrange our luggage with ease. Breakfast buffet is nice. Staff are friendly enough.
There is no ramp and no lift, so we had to carry luggage upstairs.
There is a railway line under construction across from the hotel, and Google does not know how to get to the hotel with the many road closures around the area, and with the newly-built bridge over the railway line. The roads around the hotel are in a grid so it's relatively easy to get there if you don't trust Google's directions and just read the map.

Close to the airport. Clean. Open 24/7. Breakfast was ok.
No elevator, I had to drag my huge suitcase three stories up the stairs. I have limited walking mobility, would have appreciated a heads up, help or a storage option.
The road closure made the walk to the restaurnat longer which is not the hotel's fault but they could have mentioned both obstacles.

The staff was helpful
Major construction works closeby make the surroundings veru unpleasant and noisy. The hotel was difficult to reach both by car and on foot (you have to cross large patches of mud to go to the nearest restaurant.
Because of the works, the power was off when I arrived.
Then, I was assigned a room which heating didn't work. The new room I was assigned to wasn't very warm even though the heater worked.
The bed was against a wall that needs repainting or cleaning. The bed was not done, I had to do it myself.

"Very convenient airport hotel with a nice breakfast in the morning and airport shuttle. The staff was very kind and helpful. Best option to relax between the flights."
