From the booking process, to the arrival, their facilities and services are spotless. The hotel staff is always ready to help you. That’s gold when you arrive to a new town.
That we couldn’t stay longer;)

Very clean hotel and it had very comfortable beds. The staff were very accommodating and I ended up staying an extra 4 nights after my initial booking. Great location right near the market.

This hotel is perfectly situated next to the main market and a 5-minute walk to the main square with more shopping and restaurants. Taxis were available at the front door and the local bus stopped at the market next door. Our room had a radiator heater that make the room cozy during cold winter nights. Raquel at the front desk allowed us to stay an additional hour after checkout to wait for our taxi to Cusco.
