The food in the restaurant was outstanding and great value for money.
Comfy rooms.
The breakfast was terrible. It was meant to be cooked to order but had clearly been cooked for a while and left out. We had to return both plates as the food tasted like rubber and was cold.
There was no heating in the bedroom so quite cold.
The food at dinner was fantastic but due to a Georgian night in the same dining room, it qa very noisy.
Poor WIFI

Everything was exceptional

It's a very nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood.
The location for us wasn't ideal. We had just disembarked from the ferry at Portsmouth and it was a bit too far to drive when tired.
When we arrived at the hotel at around 10.30pm there was no-one on Reception and we had to look for someone to give us our room

Great location
No advice that restaurant would be closed on the night we were there due to a wedding. Room small. Shower not great . Door handle fell off. Radiator cover fell off.
