Nice hostel, conveniently located, and I liked having towels provided at no extra cost.
There's no one at reception, everything is online, which makes it impersonal. Nevertheless, the online staff are excellent!

This is my second stay at this hostel. I love it. Clean, comfy, great location and value for money.
All great.

The comfortable room.
Confusion over electronic keys and access.

Centrally located in old town, clean bathrooms
Most overpriced hostel room I have ever stayed in. There is no staff on-site so if there are problems you have to call some number and wait for someone to get back to you. Someone was in the bed I was assigned to so had to wait around to get resolved. No explanation of how to get inside so I waited half an hour for someone to come out and let me in. Noisy at night since was hot and window was left open.
