Very friendly staff and accommodating to requests. Beds comfy and clean room. We stayed in Osprey room where bathroom could do with some attention ( plug doesn't work, fan needs cleaning as bit noisy and ceiling needs painting) but apart from that lovely place ideally located for exploring Falmouth. Hope to return
Bathroom plug didn't work and bathroom fan dirty and noisy.

Friendly, homely, quirky! Lovely breakfast, loads of options. All staff so nice. Clean, lovely unusual decor. Might be old fashioned for some but because the house is old it was perfect.
It was a bit chilly with the sash windows (to be expected!) but so warm and cosy in bed and extra blankets provided.

The property had a great sea view.
This property although staff were welcoming and friendly. It was a little run down.
