Good communication from the staff.
Access straight into the mostly covered courtyard.
Kitchenette and small room.fridge as well as larger fridge in the main 'shared breakfast area'.
Lovely local coffee/pasticceria, small supermarket and fruit street vendor 2 mins walk.
Comfortable bed.
No kettle!
No sharp knife or chopping board, so a kitchinette not for Real Cooking!
Walls are paper-thin, you can hear every toilet flush etc. Bring earplugs, it will be fine!
No low level lighting - is the room light on or none at all.

Excellent Stay in a Perfect Location!
We had a wonderful stay at San Andreas Suites! The apartment was spotless, beautifully updated, and very well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious enough to accommodate four people comfortably. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the beautiful Old Town, shops, and restaurants. Street parking was available, which was convenient.

The location was perfect. The staff were very helpful explaining us how to get to the the old town and offering us to have coffee. The last evening we were allowed to use the air-conditioning for heating. The kitchenette was well-equipped.
It was very cold, the radiators were not working. In the breakfast room it was simply freezing. The Wi-fi reception was excellent but the Internet was quite slow. The breakfast was quite poor: 3 cakes for 2 people.
