window on the lake

The accomodation was perfect! A nice spacious apartment with a big balcony overlooking the lake. Air con in the main bedroom was very nice too. This was probably one of my favourite places I have ever stayed due to the great location and beauty of the town. Supermarkets and restaurants are all within walking distance. Also our host was so kind and even gave us a lift back to the train station upon check out. We could not thank him enough! I highly recommend window on the lake to anyone thinking of staying in this lovely town. I hope to return one day soon!

The flat was spacious, the bedrooms were of a good size. The location is excellent , being very close the lakeside. An easy walk to the town centre and the selection of restaurants and bars. Parking alongside the apartment was available. The balcony has a direct view of Bracciano lake , there are trees in front of the balcony but it is still visible along with towns on the opposite side of the lake

The furniture was spartan, ikea style, if all three bedrooms were used, seating in the living room would be very limited , sitting on plastic seats. The kitchen stove was 4 ring induction , running off a power socket, it was impossible to run two rings at full power. The kitchen balcony had a number of unused appliances stored untidily. The electric supply was mainly with extension cables and some in bedroom 2 were a cats cradle of wires. Some were connected with electrical tape. Domestic noise from other flats was evident periodically.
