Would have been lovely without the noise

Soundproofing of the rooms - you can hear everything from neighbouring bathroom - unfortunately someone vomiting next door on first night - all night. on the second night, in a different room couple of men loud and playing loud music from 1am to 4am. we didn't get any sleep. Which is a shame because everything else about the room was good. There was nobody to contact at this time in the morning to sort the problem.

Absolutely will be staying again, so many wonderful things, the complimentary coffee, the decor, complimentary cereal an

Very unique, warm friendly staff and atmosphere, such a beautiful building with a theatre!!!

Nothing!

Ok, but not that special

Good location, good space in the room and good shower

Bed was a bit soft and got an ‘exit email’ two hours after checking in! … didn’t make me feel very valued. I also notice that the £150 deposit is still being held, 5 days after I left

7 / 10

The location suited my needs. I did not hear any noise from the bar or the theatre.

Breasfast Cereal was an unexpected bonus. There was ample bottled water.

The wifi was very intermitted and slow when it did come online.
