I asked for a quiet room and immediately received a reply that I will get it. It was a great experience, very quiet, comfortable and excellent location. Will definitely book this hotel again when I visit Amsterdam next time. Strongly recommended.
I cannot think of any issues or problems. Everything was just great, very comfortable. Excellent hotel and helpful staff. Strongly recommended.

Everything was perfect! Highly recommended accommodation!
Nothing, everything was exceptional

Room was fine.
But bed just a bit too big for the room and going to bathroom during the night was an obstacle course between the bed and a wall mounted tv.
Ground floor services/reception did not open until 09:30.
