The location was perfect for exploring the old town of Bari, the communication between Rosy our hostess was fab & nothing seemed to be a problem for her
Nothing worth mentioning

The room is in a convenient location. There are several stone steps up to the door and then a narrow staircase up one flight of stairs to get to the room.
We couldn’t make the coffee maker work. It gave us hot water and swallowed the coffee pod.
We saw no staff on site and we were given an access code when we arrived.
The plumbing makes a terrible noise for a short while after the toilet has been flushed. The shower is small with an opening of about 13 inches to get in and out of it.
We had to pay a little bit extra due to an error in my original booking. Rosy would not take cash and suggested that we photograph our credit card and send it to her via what’s app! We were not prepared to do that with regard to security and she would have charged us a lot more to pay the little bit extra through Booking.com.
