Friendly staff
The bed is not comfortable. The interior doors are quite old and may be jammed, my wife was locked in toilet because of that. Luckily the reception staff quickly helped to get the door working again. Breakfast place is quite small, can be crowded during peak hours.

Fabulous place, exceptional staff, beautiful apartment
A few yards from the steps down to the Dom Luis bridge in one direction and not much further to Bolhao market and dozens of restaurants in the other
Just one thing that it was not in the establishment’s power to change: roadworks outside made a lot of noise during the day, making afternoon snoozes difficult
Of course, they may be finished before anyone else stays there

Great location and apartment was spacious and well decorated. The staff was helpful upon arrival.
Major construction right outside our door was never disclosed. Jack hammering happening as early as 8am and the walkway infront of the apartment was a giant hole covered by plywood that was not secured. It was an injury hazard. The bathrooms had minimal toiletries.
