Great location at Fisherman's Wharf and walking distance to many restaurants and attractions.

The location was just at the centre and easily accesible to . Staff were polite and Housekeeping did a good job. There was coffee and tea in the morning hours and cookies in the evening which was nice

Good location. Very large, comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom.
Didn’t get the room I actually booked which was to have a partial bay view. When I queried it was told that all sold out.
Staff varied in terms of how helpful they were.

Location is great, it is very clean.
Staff were making me feel guilty whenever I asked a question,
Can't have a fridge in the room unless you pay for it.
We stayed for 2 nights, but we couldn't sleep because there was road construction noise next to our windows.

"It was so convenient to everything. Loved the comfort of the room and the milk and cookies at night was a great touch!"
