The location was spot on as we knew. 60m from the northern end of the Sassi and only 5mins from Piazza Vittorio Veneto. And the Cremeria Dell Angelo (next to San Francesco Da Paola on XX Settembre). The area was quiet as it's inside the ZTL. We picked this residence because it was close to our friends apartment but we were very happy with our room and would definitely stay there again.
The main door was a little loud when it shut to. But it only disturbed us once during our stay but it was only around 22.00.

Location was amazing! Right on the outside of historic center and quiet. Communication and access was easy as well. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Three person room had strange bathroom setup with no bathroom door, just a curtain. Otherwise, was clean and comfortable. Parking can be difficult in this area with ZTL restrictions. Once we found paid parking, it was okay.
