Truly Italian experience

I did like that there was free glass of wine everyday at the hotel between 4pm and 5pm but it was probably only for hotel guests which according to hotel manager we were not ups... Many authentic Italian pizza options nearby Grocery store with reasonable prices 5min away Clinic (private) only few minutes away on foot (came handy when I broke my thumb) Right next to ski slope Lemon soda... lemon soda everywhere

Staff at the hotel didn't want to have anything to do with us because we were guests of agency, not theirs. Asking manager to do sth about our car space being occupied? "No no no, not my guest" *gesticulating in Italian and then go back to doing nothing* Communication with agency itself was troublesome and they didn't know how (or wanted) to help us. To collect the keys I had to go to other town and wait in tiny room with other clients for an hour (why couldn't they just leave keys at the hotel reception?). The keys were available at 4pm or later (which I was aware of) but I tried earlier since I had already arrived. I didn't get keys but I was given bed sheets and it was really difficult to convince them that I'd rather collect them next time when I can get keys as well. Additionally, I had to fill some documents (oh, how come you don't have them?) which I was supposed to have on me since the agency was sure they have provided them via email (spoiler: they did not). As for the apartment, there was no lock in bathroom doors, everyone got 2 bed sheets instead of one sheet and one duvet cover, there was only one bathroom for 6 people mhmmm Some people didn't have cellular reception inside the building which could be considered as an advantage. Oh, the boxes for skis and ski boots have holes at the top, so if someone (don't know why but it happened) put sth with snow or ice in it on top of these boxes, the boots that are at the top shelf absorb every bit of moisture (very pleasant surprise)

Location was excellent also the staff of Rosanda. The price has good looking ratio between money/place.

Sorry to say this, the apartment needs a big update. we are near 2020 and it's look like 80th's. a lot of young people but they are too loud in the middle of night. "4am" The most important NO WI-FI

Einfach nur Pfuiiii und schrecklich! Nie wieder!

Ausser die Lage war alles sehr schlecht. Absolut nicht empfehlenswer für Familien mit Kinder.

Als erstes, die Unterkunft besitzt keine Rezeption. Es herrscht keine Sicherheit. Die Unterkunft war voll mit Teenagers belegt welche bis früh in die Morgenstunden sich besaufen und in den Gängen herumtoben. Man konnte keine Nacht schlafen. Man kann dort machen was man will, es gibt niemanden der einbisschen schaut , dass Ruhe herrscht. Es war eine Katastrofe. Das Appartment war dreckig und das ganze Bad verschimmelt. Es hat uns gegraust in zu duschen wegen dem ganzen Schimmel.
