Great location, just a few kms from the center of Nizwa. Parking spaces in front of the hotel. Newly renovated large swimming pool with a magnificent mountain view. Very friendly hotel staff.
Small shower room, but all other was fine

Very friendly staff, beautiful pool and outdoor surrounds with amazing mountain backdrop. Spacious room and spotless.
Need a car probably as it’s a reasonable distance from from souk etc.

The place is great, near to all places I was looking for.
- The noise coming from outside is very loud, specially near the pool.
Pool was in front of my room, and a lot of people came in and started talking very loud.
- Your allowed to have two bottles of water daily. If you want more, you will have to pay for it!
