The room was a good size, clean, king size bed. The staff were friendly and helpful with my short stay. The breakfast was kind of expensive $25 for buffet breakfast.
The shuttle was on time to pick us up and drop us at the airport.
I have to take an Uber because I have to wait for the shuttle for another 45 mins at 10 pm.
I sent several messages to the property to ask for questions regarding my stay and no one reply even though I wrote in perfect Spanish.

Everything was amazing. The team was so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed had been comfortable.
the phone number for talking with them, I tried to reach them from the airport for information about the shuttle times arrival but they didn’t answer 🙁

The shower in my room never got warm. There was a sign that said let it run for one minute I let it run for 5 minutes and never got warm or hot
