The hotel, while an older building appeared to have been renovated recently. The overall presentation was good.

This was a very good accommodation.
Good central heating, park at the front door, good bed and pillows.
Only realised they don’t have a frying pan, only a small pot. To make fry or scramble eggs you won’t be able to.
The massage bath was also a bit funny, the pump would work 3secs and stop for minutes.
But those don’t affect my stay, I found the place great.

Very comfortable, central location. Our room was so warm and spacious. A great base to explore Taupo.
