L'emplacement idéal, le calme ainsi que la terrasse avec la superbe vue.
- 15 tentatives d'appel pour prévenir de notre arrivée tardive, sur 3 numéros différents dont un " numéro d'urgence". Zéro réponse, aucun contact ni avec le proprio ni avec l'agence.
- à notre arrivée aucune adresse du lieu de résidence. Seulement des indications incompréhensibles
- une soi-disant place de parking réservée alors que les places ne sont pas nominatives nous obligeant à nous garer à plus de 100 m de l'entrée ( pratique pour les bagages.)
- pas de sacs poubelles. Un papier toilette dangereux. Des lampes débranchées alors que nous arrivons à 23h.
- le store est cassé nous mettant en danger à chaque utilisation (voir photo)
- pas de liquide vaisselle. Pas de torchon. Une machine à café sale. une salle de bain avec une hygiène déplorable. Des couvertures de piètre qualité et qui grattent. Pas de couettes sur les lits ???? Uniquement des plaides.
- Les indications pour trouver la bonne entrée du logement nous ont emmenés dans un logement qui n'était pas le bon. Attention aux voyageurs chacun de vos faits gestes est facturé : linge de lit, wi-fi, et même si l'on oublie de faire le ménage, nous devons payer un supplément. Alors qu'il était précisé dans l'annonce que les frais de ménage étaient compris dans le tarif. Ne vous fiez pas aux notes positives sur booking, le logement est d'apparence bon marché, mais cependant pour la qualité qu'il présente, c'est hors de prix. - Les volets ne sont pas fonctionnels.
- le détecteur de fumée fait des étincelles dans la nuit.
- une partie de l'écran de la télé est cassé
- la hotte ne fonctionne pas à part la lumière.
- c'est évidemment à nous de jeter les poubelles (avec des sacs poubelles à nos frais)
- pour rappel lorsqu'un logement est décrit comme meublé, le linge de lit est obligatoire.
Faire payer un supplément hors de prix pour du linge de lit que nous devons récupérer et monter nous-mêmes ? Désolé, mais j'appelle ça de l'arnaque.
