All staff very friendly and welcoming, fabulous food, location great as didn’t take long to be in the midst of the game reserve
Not anything at all

We lived the suite we stayed in. It was large, very clean, an inside and outside shower - but most importantly a heated plunge pool. We swam even at night!
The guide we had on game drive was fairly new and slightly inexperienced. He could have told us more about the plants and the birds in between the game drives - so that it’s not only about the big 5. But we saw the lions on our last day and that was spectacular

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had. The lodge was immaculate, the staff were exceptional and always willing to help, and the food was plentiful and delicious. Every detail was organised to perfection, making our stay completely seamless. The game drives were unforgettable, and our ranger was incredibly knowledgeable.

Great stay for a family with 2 or 3 kids. Enough space!!
Not cleaning properly. We had to request housekeeping for a deeper clean.
