An exceptional stay!I’m travelled on a limited budget and i never expected to find such an affordable place in Koh Lipe offering so many amenities

A small and welcoming resort with beautiful bungalows that perfectly capture the authentic island atmosphere.
Affordable yet very clean, with extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Definitely the best value for money, located right on the beach and just 300 meters from Walking Street.
I originally booked for just one night, but I enjoyed my stay so much that I decided to extend it!

I think Family Song is fine for the price. the room is basic but clean. There was less mosquitoes than expected.
No aircon so it is very hot in the bungalow, the street to get to Family Song is very dark and smelly. The beds are super hard. Lots of gaps in the bungalow so the mosquitoes can get in. Very low water pressure in the shower. Think the whole property is in need of renovation.
