A great boutique hotel right in the heart of Saint Jean De Luz. You step out of the door to an array of restaurants and bars and a very short walk to the beachfront. The staff at reception, Bernard, was really helpful and waited until we arrived so he could advise us of everything. Even though we were early we were able to leave luggage with him and it was delivered to our room. The room was large and comfortable with a great balcony to sit outside.
The plants and flowers on the balcony needed some water and care!

Perfect location in the old part of the city close to everything: fabulous bars, restaurants, shopping, beach…everything we wanted to see, do, drink and eat 👍
Nothing. Staff were friendly, wonderful, helpful, respectful, and spoke better English than we did French and for that we are sorry

Location was central, however it was difficult to find initially as it is in a pedestrian zone. Parking was difficult in a busy area. Our room also had a decked balcony, which was lovely.
No staff anywhere except to serve breakfast. Also had a very annoying church bell going off every hour and half hour, even at night!

Location was great for walking and restaurants and close to the beach etc.
Room was tiny and although we upgraded to a room with patio it was also tiny. As hotel is situated above and close to restaurants there was a smell of cooking when sitting on the patio and due to high screens on patio very little view.
