What a gorgeous location! This hotel is run by a very nice family. The host was so friendly and we saw the kids a few times as well - quietly studying or helping.
The room was perfect. 2 singles beds together to make a king size. There is a common area with a stocked fridge with beer and wine that you can have at any time and just add to your tab when you check out.
The terrace is stunning. We enjoyed dinner and drinks in the evening and breakfast in the morning. When we booked it we wanted a place with a view to end our day of biking - forgot that to get a view you must go up. So it was an exhausting end to our very long day on the bike. I would suggest having an e bike or being in really good shape if planning to bike! But the views were worth the effort. Great spot.

Very pleasant stay. The excellent food and exceptionally friendly service deserve special mention. The terrace also offers a great view. I also appreciated the possibility to park my bicycle in the garage, as well as the insect screens and proper shutters in the room.
It was a little noisy outside in the evening during my stay, although I do tend to go to bed quite early. With noise-cancelling headphones, this was no problem for me.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. We had a fantastisch stay at Gasthof Alpenblick. The accommodation was spotless, very comfortable and clearly well cared for.
The food was excellent and the hospitality was warm and very welcoming. It has a beautiful view of the Danube in the North and the mountains in the south.
A special thank you to Werner for making our family stay very memorable. We will certainly be back.
We highly recommend Gasthof Alpenblick.
